I apologize for taking so long to get this recipe posted! We had a pretty busy weekend!! I omitted the noodles and I suggest parboiling the veggies before putting them in the crock pot. They weren't done enough for our liking - even tho I cooked it longer than the recommended time!! Maybe because I cooked it in my 6 quart crock instead of the suggested 5 quart one!?! Also - I added more spices to kick it up a notch!!
