It seems that when you feel bad - everything is difficult to do!! I guess maybe when it comes to food when feeling down and out - it's just easier to choose what you always eat instead of what you SHOULD eat!! The saying that we are creatures of habit is so true!! When we feel bad - we reach for comfort foods. (And what's not comforting in milk, gluten and chocolates!?!? :p ) When we're used to pouring a glass of milk w/ breakfast - we pour a glass of milk for breakfast. We like snacking on cheese - I had to remember that the doc said no "white" cheeses. No "white' milk, sour cream, cottage cheese.... The "white" milk was so good this morning - until it was gone and I remembered that I shouldn't have had any!! And these wonderful rolls that I found a couple of weeks ago at the grocery store: were too hard to resist w/ the wonderful beef tips that I made for supper!! I'm sure they were FULL of wheat/gluten!! Just like I told the doc - it's hard to know if you really are eating healthy!! I buy wheat bread, wheat saltines, wheat baking mix...... But, the good news is - I haven't had ANY chocolate - yet!! Talk about TOUGH!! There's a couple more hours left in this Sunday - hopefully I can hold out!!
I found out this week that Nolan is going to be Joseph in his class play at school this coming Thursday! I can't wait to see how that goes!! I need to figure out why I am having trouble uploading my videos from my camera so that I may share it!! I've asked for The Flip for Christmas - maybe I'll get it early!!
